OK so it's been a good while since I've blogged anything on here but that's not to say I've not been making progress. In fact, I've done REALLY well. When I started this diet on May 17th 2010 I weighed in at 13 stone 10 lbs... now on 2nd August 2010 I weigh in at 11 stone 9 lbs so I've lost 2 stone 3 lbs in 2 months. Pretty good going I think. If you count the 1 stone 2 lbs I lost previously to that I've managed to get down from 14 stone 12 lbs to 11 stone 9 lbs which is a total loss of...3 stone 5 lbs!!
Admittedly, I have still got another 2 stone 2 lbs to lose but I should reach my target by November if I stick to the Dukan Diet rules I've been following so far.
In terms of my exercises I'm still doing them all every day and increasing by one each day for the sit ups and pelvic thrusts. I'm up to 89 pelvic thrusts and 79 sit ups/pull ups. Still just doing 30 arm exercises and working my way up to 30 squats - currently on 27. When I manage 30 squats and 100 pelvic thrusts/100 sit ups/100 pull ups twice I day I plan to increase the arm exercises.
